Enhanced Edition is an (at present) industry consistent term for a base game that has been rereleased with newly offered additional integrated content. There's no non-integrated DLCs included for any "Enhanced Edition" title to date, as far as I'm aware, making it more similar to how Deluxe editions of games typically don't include any DLCs beyond a preorder DLC and/or soundtrack/art/etc DLC, than to an Ultimate/Complete/GOTY/etc edition of a game.
