hey could you tell me where you are from?(country) So that i know where it's restricted.
Also if it's my steam gifts fault like it's locked to europe and you can't redeem it in USA for example it's my fault and i have to provide redeemable copy.
I wrote to support this "winner wrote in the giveaway comment he can't redeemed and asked for reroll." and he said i need to provide you redeemable copy.
