wtf is this, i got Goodbye Deponia Premium - Pre-purchase before the release date and this wasn't included

However, for me it shows as owned - even though this GA does not.
Maybe it's just a license thing? Like Steam often does?
Steam does not handle which games/DLC's you might own, it handles which licenses you own. And that means if you own the pre-purchase-full-game-package-including-the-Premium-content-license then this standalone-premium-content-license will show as unowned. Even though yes, you might own everything it contains. One of Steams wonderful little quirks, and the whole reason why SG can't tell what you own in packs/box-editions/etc. Same content but under different licenses.
Test it for yourselves:
Go to Goodbye Deponia and put it in your cart - should say you own it already if you own that particular license for the game.
Go to Goodbye Deponia Premium and put it in your cart - should say you own everything in the package you own that particular license for the game.
Go to Goodbye Deponia Premium Upgrade DLC and put it in your cart - should be able to purchase this one if you only own the package license above. Yes, that is correct - you can buy the content again, and it will give you nothing. It's the same content, but remember: You are not buying content, you are buying licenses for content, and this is just a different license, a standalone license.
Yes, but also no. First of all, Steam only removes stuff if it goes against their TOS, or if their license expires. It was Daedelic that removed it... and this is what they did: They had a (free) package that was included if you pre-purchased the game. Once the "pre-purchase" date was past, they removed the package so only people who had pre-purchased it would have it. At a (much) later date, they added the content back for people to purchase as DLC. Because it was a new package, it got a new ID number, so it counts as a different item despite having the exact same contents.

yeah, it makes sense to sell it as a dlc for those who don't have it, but they still made a mess as they could grant ownership to the same sub with this new item and not make another one (unless they added stuff, not sure i have the soundtrack in the preorder bonus)
