if you can read the description in the Weather Lord Giveaway you can understand that the guy gave me duplicate key but he didnt have a 2nd key of the game, so he dropped me another one with similar "value" (Incredible Dracula: Chasing Love Collector's Edition). all this with a good mood & happy mind!

Longer version: Actually, I have the right. "Regifted or Did Not Activate Previous Wins This Month" is one of the default reasons for creating a reroll ticket, which I did, but now have closed as your point is quite valid. The key for this game should be available to you now.
I've tried to look into the giveaway discussions the moment I've seen you having not activated it, but I couldn't as it was a closed group giveaway. I know it's a common way to solve the "bad key" issue, but it is not the one many in the community would suggest and support. I'd think it's either that the giveaway creator should have found the way to give you a proper game or have deleted his giveaway or have had it marked as "Not received" with an additional option of sending you a key of similar value, so that you don't have issues like this in the future (nobody probably did any checks before, so nobody did complain).
If you don't want any issues like this in the next two weeks (unitl one month after the said giveaway passes) and in the future (as you have a couple of unactivated gifts and one double win for the same game - it wouldn't be a valid reason for a reroll, but it might get some users grumpy) you can get this game somewhere and then it would be registred on your account, so it wouldn't show up as non-activated.
i understood your points. but sometimes it can be for a reason u can't know.. u have right i won twice the same giveaway once, thats because i joined same giveaway with multiple keys and i won in both, when i tried to contact the 2nd, he didn't mind to reroll... so i gave it away to someone else.. so such things cannot be explained but people only see u are good or bad by doing this or that..

Also: technically, I can't ask for a reroll due to the multiple wins of that same game, as it was too long ago and you might have already served your suspension sentence for that - just like you say - I cannot know.
Also: it wasn't hard to check those. SGTools do that automatically.
Also: the reason for blacklisting me is probably also beyond my comprehension.
