I was only informing you and only for your own good. There are a lot of new users that gives UPlay games or free games using other product title, and that is not allowed, so they got banned. Yesterday Humble Bundle gifted X-Com: UFO Defense, so I thought you could be giving that game without knowing that was not allowed.
