Hey,

So you wanted to add winner on Steam and send them gift directly? You don't have key or gift in inventory?

If that's the case it would be best to remove this winner from the giveaway, unless you want to buy game somewhere else and request new winner.

If winner agrees to this solution, then you can wait for another promotion. They can keep giveaway in awaiting feedback status infinitely.

It's not a problem for support, nor against the rules. As long as both winner and creator agrees to wait with game delivery (and winner does not mark giveaway as received) - it's fine by us.

next promotion dates , maybe this games never going discount , maybe games remove from steam 1 week later ...

Then we can proceed with removing xpeer from this giveaway.

But as it needs to be done by SM - it may take few weeks (or more) for ticket to be closed.

Create ticket in "delete giveaway" category, and link to this thread. So if ticket is processed by another moderator they understand the situation.
