I run check on members of Positive Thoughts, and you don't meet RealCV ratio and won / sent requirements (no more than 200 RealCV won than sent, and no more than 10% more GAs won than sent).

You have 276 CV in sent and 615 CV in won. So you "lack" 140 CV (276 + 140 = 416 CV) and 35 GAs (248 * 1,09 = 270). That's why you're on 3 days suspension, which should give you time to fix your ratio.
