no, but if you dont pay for more, you wont be able to play when it runs out.

Nope. The free month will automatically be registered with the account you have to create.
Heck, you don't even need a credit card to play this game at all, you can buy game time for in-game currency!

I doubt you will be able to gather enough ISK during you're first month to be able to buy a plex tho :p

I did my first month (this was just after the ISK-Time trade thing was launched -- and after I spent every waking hour playing) but then just bought a bunch more ISK instead. I think I played for a month or two more after that but then quit because school started again.

But now that I'm in the real world, I'd love to pick this up again. I haven't found a good replacements space sim since.
