I'm somewhat confused by this... I assume that 4 is meant to be 3, as the games described appear to be those from the third, as the actual giveaway would suggest. But what do you mean you've been told? Is this somebody else's giveaway?

what he means is that you can enter even if you own all the games because steam does not track you owning the bundle as such, only the individual games.

Back in the first Humble Bundles you got the previous bundle too, so you got HB 3 with HB 4. I know it's confusing
