A House Divided is more like what was classically known as an expansion though. It's just listed as DLC because there is no separate descriptor on Steam.
Thanks for the heads-up on that! I'm glad that I read giveaway descriptions and comments before I enter to win something, because I'd have felt really shitty if I had won this, since I don't have the proper expansion to go with it.
This should now be fixed and people should be able to enter. Just careful with the winners since they might not own the actual DLC this time.
