If you gave away a bundle key against that bundle's ToS, you will go on my blacklist. If you are not a bundler, then welcome on board.

What if we gave away a bundle key IN ACCORDANCE with the bundle's TOS? As in, purchased it AS A GIFT, and gave away the bundle as a GIFT URL not just keys? Not everyone who gives away bundles violates the TOS you know.

I know, and I do appreciate that. Welcome on board. :-)

OK thanks just making sure.

Reported. It's against the TOS to give away a game you just won. Maybe you should read the TOS yourself before you call other people out.

You aren't talking to turkeyfox or to me right now, right? Because turkeyfox is not giving anything away at the moment, as far as I can see, and I activated my Railworks pack more than two weeks ago (approximately 5 minutes after I received it), and I have recorded 44 hours ingame so far. It is a lovely simulator, though the tutorials could be a bit better. Please cancel your report, I am sure the mods would appreciate not being distracted by mistakenly reported giveaways. Thank you.

Doesn't matter if you have 200+ hours on the game. It is still against the rules (TOS) to regift a game.
"Don't trade, sell, resubmit, or give away games you win."
I didn't read anything about if you have 40+ hours on the game that it's ok to regift it.

How, pray tell, am I regifting a game I won? I activated it, and it is now linked to my account. I play it every now and then [ostentatiously launches Railworks], I find enjoyment in playing it, and I honestly have no idea of how I could detach it from my library and trade, sell, resubmit or give it to somebody else. If such thing is possible, please, do educate me, I might try to give away my Borderlands this way.

Once again IT DOESN'T MATTER if you activated the game! You won the game 2 weeks ago, and then decided to put the same game up on steamgift. You either bought it during the summer sale and then entered a giveaway for the game even thought you already owned it. Or you purchased the game recently for 72$ just to give it away on steamgift, which I HIGHLY doubt.

Chill you two. Look at this rule: "Do not call out submitters in giveaways. Please click the report button or submit a ticket, do not comment on the giveaway claiming the giveaway to be fake."
And this "You must redeem the game on the account you entered with, and may not trade it to others."
Just my 2 cents, nothing more. And don't drag me into this argument.

Or maybe, just maybe, I purchased the game after I won, so that I would "pay it forward", as many people like to suggest on this site. Indeed, my entry comment in that very giveaway I won was "Nice one, I'm considering buying this myself. :-) Thanks!"

MEATW4D...holy crap you are dumb.

Guy wins railworks
Guy activates railworks
Guy buys it again to give it away
HOW THE HELL IS THAT REGIVING A WIN GAME?
Person is stupid, thats my reasoning

"If you gave away a bundle key in spite of that bundle's ToS, you will go on my blacklist."
Says the person who gave away 2 copies of Faerie Solitaire (which you got from reddit I guess) and Nuclear Dawn.
Also it's against the TOS to win a game and then give away the same game you just won. That is 10x worse than giving away bundle keys which isn't against the TOS anymore.
Comment has been collapsed.
As far as I know, the only purpose of me receiving those copies was for them to be given away, in order to promote the games further. Why else would the Faerie Solitaire developers give me three keys at once, and why would the developers of Nuclear Dawn give me a tradeable copy after seeing I had the game in my library? Also, welcome to my blacklist.

They didn't give you 2 keys so you can use them to exploit steamgift so you can get more Contributor points. Also you think I care if you blacklist me? I didn't even sign up for your giveaway. You're just a regifter and have no right calling out people who give away legit bundle keys.

"Keys from Reddit that Pkeod distributed are fine to submit. We understand that Subsoap gave each account three keys, and most people would like to submit at least two."
(The blacklist is for all my current and future giveaways, whether public, group, or private/puzzles. Thank you for not signing up for this one.)

OH NO! I won't get any of the games that you're going to regift?
Comment has been collapsed.
Technically speaking, you will get all of the games that I am ever going to regift. As will everybody. Not that it would mean you would get anything. You seem to forget the important fact that games come and go, SteamGifts is not the only existing channel through which people can obtain games, and even the fact that after the summer sale, many people used games -- yes, including Railworks -- as a currency for trading.

Hey you may be a regifter but at least you're honest and admit it.

Non sequitur, I am afraid. I was merely pointing out that a set of all members of an empty set is empty.

So much drama in this giveaway. I just want to be a railroad engineer. CHOO-CHOO!

I think that as far as designing/engineering railroads is concerned, Trainz might be a better choice. ;-) I saw some videos of its editor in action, and it looked quite powerful and user-friendly.
If it's mainly the driving experience you're after, then I would choose Railworks.

Thanks for the chance to win this wonderful DLC pack. I've been to the Horseshoe Curve personally and absolutely loved it and I've always loved the NEC since Microsoft Train Simulator days. The SP expansion is the only wild care I can think of that I have no experience with at all.

"If you are not a bundler"
What if I bought a bundle, but didn't share it?
Comment has been collapsed.
That's ok. "Bundler" is (on SteamGifts) used to refer mainly to people who are submitting individual Steam game keys from bundles which do not allow it in their Terms of Service.
