Both the German version and ROW were provided in the bundle. There's nothing that's necessarily wrong with it... the German government is just overly sensitive. This video explains the censorship for this game.

Thought it might be a bit more in-depth as to what is actually censored in comparison.

It's from a Groupees bundle and due to a region lock the game couldn't be activated with a german IP. Groupees didn't state it or didn't even know about it and now they're giving out 2 keys to every customer, one of them being a censored copy that only activates in Germany. Now people are getting rid of their 'useless' key on Steamgifts.

On a side note, it's the developers decision to censor their game for Germany only and implementing region locks. Games like Mortal Kombat X and DOOM received a rating in Germany and are available uncensored without any hurdles. Stupid situation ...

"Germany ONLY!" -> why have you done a ROW giveaway? ~~You should have done a region locked giveaway.~~
EDIT: It's because there no Germany option in Region Restrictions, now I understand.
