They're all for multiplayer only (barring one) and multiplayer has long since been dead (though, apparently, the servers are still active- there's just noone on them, nor has there been for like 5 years now). Further, they're mostly skin packs (only four are for additional maps), so.. the majority of the DLCs won't really important be important even to those who've got friends that're looking to multiplayer the game. The final DLC (initially the preorder bonus) is a really forgettable 4 minute side area near the start of the game, only there to give you a bit of extra currency to work with. It's basically a cheat, and not even a remotely meaningful one.
Just thought I'd clarify, since the quantity is rather misleading on this one. In Rise, the skin packs actually offer bonuses in a single-player mode, and there are multple actual content DLCs, so that one is a bit different than this first game, in regards to the DLCs having actual (generalized or long-term) function.
Thanks. Well, I played it as singleplayer vanilla some years ago, so no idea about the proper additions and cosmetics. Thought they were not so helpful indeed. That makes me glad I went for the full pack in Rise then.
I noticed it causes lots of troubles checking for dlc and packages with GAs so I considered this as a holiday exception and take it easy, usually I would deny the entry for the owners. Hoping some karma will return when I'll meet an uncomplete pack too. :)
