It's just a dlc, don't enter if you don't own the base game.
in theory SG is allowing to enter DLC GAs only if you have the base game. :)

I'd ask to make sure they don't already own the DLC. I have other DLCs and I could enter GAs for those. I have manually hid those DLCs or otherwise I could enter a GA by mistake.
