Quick question though if you don't mind: Little bit stumped Gein's suspension for a game won 9 days ago was already served...
Is support this quick now always or has it just been luck in this case?^^
RUSSIAN PEACE DUCK was in the latest ban wave from Valve (just a few hours ago) and can't be detected as owned. SGTools didn't have the time to add the game to it's filter.

In this particular case, you reported founding members of the site who all registered on the first day Steamgifts registration became available, and unsurprisingly all commented in a short time on the first ever giveaway created on the site 8 years ago. There was nothing unusual there.
Hi, and I'm sorry for bothering you like this but I was wondering about my ticket concerning adding a game to the list. It's been a few days without reply when in the past it has been replied to pretty fast, so I'm starting to get a little worried about my monthly.... Any chance that you might be able to shed some light on this? Thanks for the advance!
