I leave this to the people who will land here from VEN3C's profile:

I was one of the winners of this GA, and VEN3C gifted me the game. Unfortunately it was region restricted and I couldn't activate it. I had to check the Not Received checkbox, since I couldn't get it into my Library. (See the FAQ of the site.)

Right now VEN3C is new to the site, he wasn't aware of the region restricted gifting possibilities. He was quick and friendly, and I'm sure he won't make the same mistake again.

Yes, I advised VEN3C to try this route. Listing this as ROW was a minor first mistake. I was hoping that I don't have to give a bad rep for him (but if I don't activate it, what I can't, I would be banned for the "Received" checkbox).

Deletion would be the best solution.
