I know some people don't like the Railworks3 giveaways, because it's 90% of at the steam store right now, especially if they have no interest in those games themselves. But it's a chance for people like me to give more expensive games back to this community and YES, there are people who really want to get their hands on those games.
That said: Here you go and good luck everyone.

"Don't forget not to join if you reached the entry level with individual keys from bundles, because it will result in a ticket with your name in it and I am asking for a reroll."
Yep, you're best to say, getting 6$ to 72$ contribution. How does that differ from bundle key, they are just heavily discounted as well.
All ship/trains giveaways are bundlers too, don't try lie.

No, see, buying an indie bundle for $1 and turning it around into $50+ is different from buying a game on the Steam store for $6 with a retail price of $72, because one is a sale, and the other is an abuse of the bundle and a violation of the SteamGifts rules, punishable with suspensions (and bans if you keep it up). Although something new is going into place soon to deal with bundle keys and such.
If I pick up a few games at an insanely low price, I'm not a "bundler", because that's entirely within the rules of both SG and the Steam store. If I buy an indie bundle and split up the keys, that isn't what the bundle was for. That's why Humble Indie Bundle allows you to gift people with bundle URLs for whole bundles, and that's the only bundle anything allowed on SG.
And lokonopa specifically said that rerolls because the winner is an indie bundle key abuser will be honoured.

Yep, only difference is that other is mentioned in rules. Ship you can flip with one buy and get new copy back from winner for constant giveaways. Needs points reduced.
This railway thing also needs points heavily reduced as most of them are bought just to abuse the contributor value. These giveaways give tons of points for everyone and tons of value for the makers which again can take part/make even higher contributor values and that leads to more abuse of the system like this.

Except that The Ship doesn't keep spawning copies, or at least it isn't supposed to. Buying a copy of The Ship gives two (or three? I forget) extra copies, and those two extra copies create one extra copy each. It's my understanding that that's where it stops replicating.
And, if you feel that Railworks 3 is being abused, make a support ticket. Don't bitch out gifters for daring to, gasp, GIVE AWAY GAMES FOR FREE.

I am giving away a game for free to make some friendly contributor of this community happy. I must be the devil to buy a game that is heavily reduced in price and others can't afford. It's not like it is the very pillar of this community to give away games that are reduced in price, might it be Midweek Madness, Weekend Deal or Summer/Winter Sale. Sorry that I don't have lot of money and try to give at least something more expensive when I can afford it.
I am happy if a game is 90% of and in my price range, so I can give them away where I normally wouldn't have a chance to. Why exaclty are you complaining? Don't you like the game? Do you want Skyrim, MW3 or SR3? Well, I guess it's not your lucky day then, because what I can and want to offer is Railroads 3.
CHU CHU CHU
Edit: Thank you very much for the proper explaination of the rules elix.

I quoted the part I didn't like.
Bundle games are neither free and people get games. Somehow they are made to be the worst evil there is.
Anyways, giweaway is fine and hope winner enjoys it. All giweaways are welcome in my book, no matter how and where they are got as long as they are legit. Some rules here just are very confusing (and too many of them).
edit: chuu chu chu (good thing is I get loads of points for those overprizepoints collection backs from these rail thingies, but so do others and less odds again)

As far as I'm aware, public giveaways are never rerolled because you are not allowed to enforce rules in public giveaways. You may try sending in a ticket, but I'm fairly sure it will be declined. Special rules are only allowed in private groups afaik.
That said, thanks a lot for your generous contribution!

Prepare to learn something you weren't aware of.

Thanks for enlightening me, elix. Loko had once told me about public gives not being allowed special rules and then I stopped caring about them for exactly the reason we're talking about and other ingrates. This certainly is a welcome change, though this will only catch the most obvious bundlers, but eh, better than nothing.

Per-giveaway restrictions (like, only enter if you have not won a giveaway) are only for group giveaways and must be preapproved by a mod, you're right. But rerolling bundlers is separate, and people seem to have missed that since it came about to try and help fight the bundle key problem.
