well your poor stats suggest otherwise. also, like I said if you are giving away keys with region restrictions that require VPN activation to circumvent it, then that is in violation of the rules here in addition to being against Steam's terms of service for whomever receives the 'gift'. not to mention that it poses a significant security risk to anyone who connects to an unfamiliar/unknown VPN. I would mark the gift as not received too if that were the case...
