I would be a duck and I would live in Disneyland.

• waterproof feathers and no nerves or blood vessels in my feet so they wouldn't get cold in the water, not that it gets very cold.
• monogamous for a season (which would be kind of cool assuming I'd be attracted to other ducks while being a duck)
• omnivorous (so I would have plenty of food options while living in Disneyland and I wouldn't have to pay the park fees!)

I'd want to be a vulture! They're so ugly, so no one would want to bother them. They have loads of food available. They can be social or they can choose not to be. Perfect bird. <3
