Thanks! Got one, activated it fast and worked fine luckily.

Now I'm (we are) missing only 2 DLC-s (Star and Superstar). Ofc the most expensive ones.

on that site says Star pack on link and description, so probably Star pack was given for free before the Synarchy, which is given now.
