Colombia belongs to the region group called LATAM. According the "region lock" section at the top of this thread (about Humble Bundle / Humble Choice of May) buyers from LATAM countries got a game key wich is region locked. So your winner will probably not be able to use the key (unless his country belongs to LATAM group too).

I strongly advice you to delete your giveaway before it ends, and then create a new one with correct settings of region locked areas. That way you will be sure to have no problem with your winner.
