Maybe the DLC is not well linked to the base game on Steam, because I own the base game, but I get the message "Missing Base Game" in the giveaway

i think the issues is that is linked to the ownage of this DLC https://store.steampowered.com/app/317850/Company_of_Heroes_2__Ardennes_Assault/ rather than the base game and DLC check has always been weird on steam API
