I own it but it shows "Exists in Account".. I feel discriminated :(
Same here. I'm currently playing it again. I just passed 900 hours.
I think it depends on the region. I have ru+cis restricted version and still can enter, also it shows in steam "DISCOVERY QUEUE" , steam support says that problem claim to developers.
