Sadly, you'd be unable to re-roll for that... However, you could put in your description that everyone who spams you with the generic "thanks" will get blacklisted. That actually seems to work better, probably because people know you can blacklist them, but couldn't re-roll O.o You can always check SG Tools to see if they broke rules though, then you'd have grounds to re-roll!

I've heard rumors that bots try to hide themselves by giving a message when it enters a giveaway. I don't know if these rumors are true but that may be why you see giveaways with "don't give thanks" on it.
As for the game, I don't know much about it either... I just have a strong tendency to wishlist anything with the rogue/rogue-lite tag.
These are not bots, just some copy-pasted text. Some people think that if they don't comment, the winning chance is zero, or it will increment if the comment (lol). Or maybe what Ohjeez said.
I remember when SG gifters would get angry when you DIDN'T say thanks on the giveaway and would judge you based on post count (that is, if your post count didn't equal or beat your giveaways entered, they'd get snarky). Interesting how times change.
