As a friendly advice I think you should delete the giveaway. Actually the winner doesn't have to accept to delete the giveaway in case the key doesn't work.
What you should do instead is use one of the groups that are made exactly for that purpose, where the winner doesn't mind to delete the giveaway. Let me know if you need some guidance over where to find it.
