Instead of saying thanks, please recommend some good anime. I really liked Clannad and of course Afterstory, Persona 4 and Angel Beats. Also Pokémon, but that's more of a childhood thing I guess.

I liked Kanon. I'll give Charlotte a try. Although Kanon was pretty strange at the ending IIRC.
