if this is full collection and not just main game, than this is only correct version of giveaway to be.
this is fanatical collection: https://www.fanatical.com/en/game/hearts-of-iron-3-collection, i'm pretty sure (did not compare 1:1 with steam) that this is the same as on steam

As ozo2003 mentioned in response to a different comment, this is the Complete Collection from Fanatical, which will contain all DLC. I only linked the main game because I couldn't find the Complete Collection on Steam. The link to the collection on Fanatical has been added. Thank you for your concern.

Hello, winner here. I have some troubles with key activation: namely, this code unlocked the base game and 19 out of 20 dlc... So, will I get an alert for not activated game from steamgifts, if I mark it as received?
Update: apparently, that last dlc shows up as owned both in steamdb and in dlc library for the game, but in steam store it's not and it has different thumbnail. Also, collection that was used for giveaway doesn't even have it in the list, so I should probably be in the clear, right?

To the best of my knowledge, it should be fine. This bundle has been given away before. If you still wish, I can contact support and have the giveaway deleted just to be safe, you'll get to keep the game and whatever DLC it unlocked.

Ok, so steam support response was useless, but I checked package content on steamdb and it looks fine, so I marked game received. I hope I didn't screw-up my sg account =)
