Regarding this ticket, comments are disabled on user reports but if you are still able to provide the screenshot il would be useful for us. You could provide it in a new ticket in the "Other" category (where we can reply) or simply edit your original ticket and add it there.

Hi,
I dont have all the screenshots anymore as it has been a year and I changed PCs, but still have one email from him. I screenshoted that, but when I click "edit" or "new ticket" on my case, it does not give me the option to add attachments.
How can I provide it to you.
