This will be a Steam GIFT. The giveaway ends on Sunday morning European time. Winner will have approximately ONE day (depending what exact time the deal on Steam ends) to accept my friend request on Steam. I know that according to rules winner has 7 days to accept, but deal for the game ends on September 9th and I don't have 60 euros to spend (it would be unwise to buy everything at full price given regular deals). If someone for some reason wants to screw me over by not accepting my friend requests, they are welcome to do so. Wouldn't be much of a screw over though, since I don't care about losing giveaway slots.
People who own base game and want to enter just for the DLCs are free to enter, though I would prefer if you didn't own the game.
Criminals are not allowed to enter. Unless you are tougher than me. I graduated top of my class in the Navy Seals and have over 300 confirmed kills. So if you are a criminal with more confirmed kills than me, you are welcome to enter - I'm not looking for trouble.
