It's the original edition, and contains both English and Portuguese.
But I could not find this specific edition among the options provided by Steamgifts.
I'm not sure that it will activate properly. So if it doesn't, allow me to delete it. Otherwise, I hope you enjoy it. It's a very nice game
I looked at SteamDB.info and couldn't find another "Songs for a Hero" so I think this is probably correct

What's the name of the game mentioned with the key?
SteamDB doesn't have multiple versions for this, it's possible that the name was changed, and the original edition is the same as the definitive edition. Looking at the history on SteamDB , it seems that the name for this game changed quite a few times.
