Thanks for the chance! You should do your giveaways as you wish. If somebody is blacklisting you for your choice, he/she doesn't deserve the game you paid for. I encounter many giveaways with higher levels, disappointed but moving on without hating the giveaway creator. That's just plain stupid.

If it's from the Humble Monthly it should be the base game only. They stopped selling the base game by itself on Steam but keys can still activate the base game, and other stores could still sell keys for it.
