First time I hear about True Crimes, and it seems great! I'll look on them when I finish my current backlog.
I can't even explain how much I like Sleeping Dogs. Got it on X360 when it came out and had an awesome time, I think the main story is even better than the GTAV main story, only problem I have with Sleeping Dogs is the driving system which seems strange, but acceptable.
Yes, Sleeping Dogs was supposed to be True Crime 3-Honk Kong at the beginning & changed name due to some company changes...
The first 2 were pretty good answers to GTA III/vice-city, open-world but more linear in the story, on the cop side & includes element of fighting as well...
