So you believe in stolen games and hurting devs/publishers just to save a little money? What a jackass.

TLDR, but Pewdiepie and esports teams are just sellouts and appealing to authority is a fallacy. Their endorsements don't make anyone legitimate, only popular. Your logic is invalid. Developers prefer that you pirate their games than buy it from thieves. This is why you're just an idiot for trying to defend them.

I won't commit a crime for an indie dev. Buying from G2A is legal. Those indie companies are pathetic, since they're actually earning profit in reality, but they're just earning less. They're greedy.

"Crime" - if the rights holder condones it then it's not a crime, silly. And where did you get your entitlement as the top expert on how much indies should make from their own products? I need to get me one of those. Then I can tell people that they're greedy for wanting livable wages, or that they're douchebags for dreaming about getting rich because I'm insulted that they want me to pay for their work. What nerve! Tally ho, cheerio, queen and crumpets.

I'm not an expert in economics, no. Why should I? This is the basic logic.
G2A is a reseller. If you resell, you must acquire the key. If you acquire the key, you must buy it from the dev. If you buy it from the dev, they make money. Now, the question is how much they actually make money and it's pretty obvious that they're not making as much as the 1st class regions usually generate. The reason why G2A's prices are low is from two kinds of people. Some are in a hurry, so it's just a fire sale for them, since they don't want to pay for the market spot anymore or something like that. The others buy from different regions. That's the one where the dev won't get as much profit.

Now, I like how you're talking about how they all deserve a livable wage and whatnot and in reality, no, in most cases they don't. If you make a good product, you'll be successful. Take for example games like Boogeyman, the dev, who I actually know as well. This was his first game. he deliberately hasn't generated keys for it yet and he sold over 10,000 copies. He lives off of that and now that that source of income is drying up, he'll either make a sale, generate keys for 3rd party sellers, or talk with bundle sites about having it in a bundle. And, if that doesn't work, which is possible, he'll.... get a job (wow, what a concept! That's a surprise. Innovative! Wow!).

Now, I know you'll say: "Oh, but a lot of games can be good, but they'll just get buried under the taff that Steam has on its store!". Well, here's an amazingly simple answer to this... Advertise. Advertising is easier and cheaper than ever before. Free, in fact. All you have to do is make a fan page, advertise it on other places, tell your friends for word-of-mouth, make giveaways on sites like SG and so on. Also, you can give it to Youtubers and streamers.
Streamers and youtubers constantly talk about how to attract their attention. You just have to do some research about it.

And also... if they want a liveable wage, then they really should get a job. If you quit your livelyhood to make video games, a risk that's already huge, even if you don't quit your job, then I must say that you are insane. They have barely any experience and no financial backing. While this could be spinned around by saying "Well, help him then, he needs all the money he can get", then I'll just answer by saying no, since stupidity shouldn't be rewarded. I won't give out more money on the sole basis that he made a dumb decision.

So, yeah, people who buy from G2A, do pay for their work. It's just that they already got paid in advance.

TLDR. And no, G2A actually steals copies besides their users also stealing them. If you want to buy from a store that only resells cheap regional boxed copy codes then try cdkeys instead. Same thing without all of the black market crap.

Shows your intelligence. I explained it in an extremely simple way. Plus, you could've gotten an inside into game development and marketing. But ok. You don't really deserve a response, but you said something so dumb, that it just warrants one.

G2A doesn't sell anything.
The end.

G2A isn't a black market.
The end.

You really have no clue about anything, huh? xD

And you're wrong about it again, just like all G2A supporters are. You don't even know what you're defending but what makes you stupid is that you keep on doing it without finding out the facts. I'm not really out to convince idiots like you to change your mind. I just reply to these posts for the people reading so they know better.

What facts. Why aren't you presenting them? Is it because you're just pulling this out of your head just as a way to bolster your previous claim?
You don't know that G2A isn't a black market. You don't know that G2A is a marketplace, not a reseller. You don't know that G2A doesn't buy any keys or sell them. You don't know that in a market, anyone can sell stuff. You don't know that personal I.D. verification has already decreased the amount of fraudulent keys. You don't know that G2A is one of the only sites to respect the V.A.T. tax.

But, please. What are your facts on G2A being actually scummy and not customers not paying attention or just not being bothered to get Shield or even just sending a complaint to a seller that's going to want to keep his livelihood?

Thanks, but g2a is a hive of chargebacks and stolen keys. It's not about the buyer getting scammed, it's about what it does to the developers.

I want to kick things off right

By ignoring the rules, or by promoting a site which responsible gamers detest...?

Thanks for the GA, a game on my wishlist, but you still managed to make a terrible first impression.
