Worst case scenario - should be an easy reroll, at least if the next winner is not from RU/BY.
FYI, staff will not reroll for region restrictions, as there is a chance it creates a long loop (next person is from Russia, and the next, and the next, and the next ... each time requiring a new support ticket).

I see, it appears rerolls aren't an option in case of region restrictions.
Anyway in my case it's a global key, however Russia and Belarus aren't mentioned in the list of countries. We'll see how it goes.
