Description

I have made this giveaway to raise awareness for an upcoming game that also takes part in the future, just like XCOM, but a lot more distant and darker.

I am talking about Warhammer 40,000: Eternal Crusade, an MMOFPS whose closed Alpha will begin this fall.

I am a 40k fan for more than 20 years now and I think this game has a lot of potential.

You currently still have the chance to get a Founder's Pack (includes full game upon release + access to closed Alpha [called Founders Access] + a large bonus amount of ingame currency + bonus items [depending on the pack type] + chance to already buy limited in game items [some have already sold out] + the chance to reserve character names+ the chance to reserve guild names [feature not yet available but coming soon] + the chance to vote on upcoming features (like subfactions; Eldar Craftworld Altansar and Ork Clan Blood Axes already confirmed through Founders Vote) + access to exclusive founders forum).

Join the Crusade now and fight on my side (Eldar) or against me!

If you join and want to do me a favor, please use the referral code EC-FPDDCZBRPE8UJ when creating an account. It gives both you and me a couple of bonus points for in-game features.

Btw I'm going to play Eldar characters of Craftworld Biel-tan.

Code for XCOM can be found in your account under giveaways won if you win.
Please mark the game as received once you have won it!

Game has Steam Trading Cards and Steam Achievements.

Thank you.

Holy S***! A Warhammer MMO! Is it like Planetside in the sense that there is a giant map that each faction is trying to conquer, or is it mostly instanced battles?

If it is a giant map that is constantly being fought over, then that is amazing and I have to get this!

They definitely want a game with larger battles, though it is likely that they will be smaller than in Planetside 2. The designers want to focus on gameplay and performance.
It will have such a map, depicting the planet Arkhona where (at release) Space Marines, Orks (the only free-to-play faction, a genius move IMO), Chaos Space Marines and Eldar meet in battle.

Thank you for the giveaway chance, unfortunately after what was done with the Warhammer RTS I'm turned off on the game. It could have been amazing and to me it felt like they destroyed that IP by dumbing it down so far.

Best of luck getting referrals.

Are you talking about Dawn of War/Dawn of War II? That's a different gaming genre and a different company. Behaviour was not involved with that.

That is good to know. They really destroyed what that game could have been.

I never got into the minis but have a couple friends with $400+ armies. Definitely not a poor mans game.
