Another one that I have not played yet, so I do not know how cozy it is, but seems like it might be. Reviewers describe it silly, hilarious, heart-warming, cute, and charming.

Fun game, although with little to no real interaction. There isn't really a way to lose or meaningfully divert from the story it wants to tell you. (Which, of course, can be cozy as well, not having to worry about failing or missing something important.)
That being said, I found it an enjoyable experience with a delightfully stupid sense of humour and some great messages about setting boundaries for yourself.

It's a rail shooter with a Katamari Damacy-esque wackiness to it. Hopefully this helps someone :D
