You're welcome! I will keep giving in spite of where I am. If I'm doing what I feel is "right", that is what is important and something I actually have some minor bit of control with. So yeah, it won't pave the way to a utopia, but maybe if there are enough of us giving, it can change things for the better... If not, I will just continue to adapt the best I can, and try to find a cure, or at least better symptom management for some of my conditions.

Well... my country itself may not be giving, but that doesn't mean that I shouldn't give. I'll just keep on giving while it's mostly about taking where I am from. :D
