I think I just have to provide what it says on the giveaway page. It says Tropico 3, and I will be delivering Tropico 3. If I happen to deliver more than that, in the form of DLC, that is not a problem.
Of course, I could be wrong... but that's my understanding!
The only worry I can think of is that there are games that register the keys differently so if the key acts as a combined key and here in SG it might not reflect the base game, thus alot of times we still can enter games when we own the Base and DLCs. Thank you for the generosity and hopefully this key will not be what I have stated. :)

Yep, it's the Gold Edition. I listed it as just the base edition to prevent re-rolls; this way, only people who did not own the base game could enter.
