Description

I love Supergiants Games games dearly. Each of them is such a treat!! They excel at so many things while being such a small company. Their art, music, narration, stories, characters, gameplay, emotional impact – they great at everything they do. And if you watch their behind the scenes and conferences – they are a warm, fun and lovable bunch as well!

So I thank them dearly for many happy hours, for inspiration and emotions, for bright story-rich colorful worlds, for bitter sweet endings, for the goose bumps I get every time I hear their music. For my biggest emotional gaming moment in Bastion, for songs in Transistor, comradery in Pyre, for humor, support and family in Hades. Sadly I can’t giveaway Hades yet, since steam gifting still terribly done and it's not on any other storefronts. But have these amazing games in meantime! And have a cheerful positive holidays!

I liked Bastion so much that at first I didn't like Transistor. Little by little I was immersing myself in that world and I fell in love. And when I got to the end (with that Red song at the end) I had to repeat myself many times that I served at Artillery to keep my composure

Yeah, their music gives me goosebumps every time I hear even a few notes. If you up for some serious emotional ride - I recommend their anniversary orchestral concert, I couldn't even watch it in one go, had to take breaks. Just skip the songs that you haven't heard in-game before to not spoil future moments

Awww, thank you!!! It's nice that no matter how rarely I do giveaways or being active here I can come back with Supergianrs game and be recognized! ^__^

Your appearances are always so heartwarming! And this is probably my favorite Bastion art - it's just so festive and blissful ♥

I think Hades is Supergiant's masterpiece, but Pyre easily takes the silver medal for me. Amazing premise and characters. I eventually bounced off of it on PlayStation because making the tough decisions eventually got too tough, but I hope to eventually come back and make it through all rites alright. @.@

Yep, agree completely on the decisions getting very hard to make! I did get through, but it's the only Supergiant's game I didn't make an immediate second playthrough for. Even though I wanted to see other variations and consequences and get more of the game - I couldn't start because of all the choices. But they implemented them so brilliantly! I can't even think of any other game where choices combine both the story and the gameplay in such a beautiful organic manner. I`m still not ready for a new run but its amazing mechanic to think about!

Good luck with the giveaway! Oh, and with escaping both the Underworld and the Downside! Have the good best boy to keep you company! ^_^

Yeah, I don't think I could do that, either. It's the type of game where I allllmost wish I could save scum my way into experiencing all the possible story permutations, but then when I think about all the interpersonal relationships between characters in the game, I realize I'd probably have to play it for a thousand hours to see every possible combination play out. Definitely one of the most bittersweet and conflicted gaming experiences I've had, which I commend it for. Plus it's also just fun that they went into it thinking "OK, let's do a choice-intensive JRPG-inspired game with an NBA Jam battle system."

Appreciate the giveaway and the good luck! Hope the holiday season treats ya well. \o/

Yeah, I watched their No-Clip documentary series on Hades (which is awesome, I highly recommend it), and when they were talking about Pyre it was like "Hey, Transistor was a success, so we have the opportunity to go wild with this one!" So imagine what wonderful weirdness can happen in the future with Hades being that big of a hit! ^_^
