here is the problem. three months ago you won Particulars, and got another game. you can't marked as received.
right now you are "flagged" as having a non activated win. i decided to contact you and not support assuming you didn't know.
let me know if i'm right. and if so, please mark that game as not received and contact support about the maker of the GA
You're right my friend, it was a mistake that I made in the past. Unfortunately I wasn't aware of SG rules at the time and gave that Particulars key to a friend.
Thanks for being so kind and asking me about what happened. If you want to reroll One Finger Death Punch I'll understand, one day I'll clean this negative mark on my profile.
Is it really alright for me to accept it? I really understand if you don't trust me or something like that, I just don't want that blacklist stuff anymore, it's pretty sad. :(

No. You only need to own that game in your steam account. The ga maker doesn't care if you activated or not... He got the cv for it once you marked :-)

my advice, get that game asap. it can't be that expensive to trade, it was bundled several times
