No, nothing! Even black holes will go away. Even the biggest known black hole (about 9 solar systems wide) will go away in the very distant future. But considering how the human mind can process such extremes, we can say some black holes will be eternal.

Our current model of the universe, may be infinite, but after a veeeery, veeeery long time!
Stars will devour or obliterate planets and black holes, no matter how big, will decay via Hawking radiations. For the biggest known black hole this will probably take 10^huge-number years and, after that is done, it will go out in a bang, lighting the universe for the very last time.
Protons will probably decay too and that will be it... the universe will be still and nothing will ever happen.
With our understanding of black matter and energy, this model will surely change! While so, let's enjoy everything!
