You are missing the point. In main, or on wishlist, it's not good form to ENTER ALL THE THINGSSS!!!!!!!!!, it might actually be, or a least will be construed as leeching.
But a train is different.
You cannot go through a train without passing through wagons, it's that simple. If you have entered wagon 1, you cannot get to 3 without passing through 2, and no-one will fault you for this.

Normally, yes.
But if you win it on a train it is not (in my opinion). If the specific wagon creator has a play-soon requirement he/she will tell you and you can avoid it. Otherwise it is now in your backlog, to be played when and how you can manage.
Hell, I had a period when the kids were small when I didn't play at all (no time), but now I'm back at it, trying to get my backlog down. None of that mean I haven't planned to ever play them, right?
