I can clearly see that it was making for "abuse" group difference. . im not okay with this type of giveaway. You can make them if : 1) only for group 2)group + wl but not abusing it too much (in your case you had 1 giveaway for group only and all other group +wl) 3) if you share giveaway with other group(s) (since value will be split between groups)
for example we have user https://www.steamgifts.com/user/Kimm he had some similar indiegala games giveaways but he have balanced it. some giveaways for group only, some with wishlist and some quite good games.
