Would you maybe make a Disscussion thread about this kind of thing? or Recommend a Thread? I've read all the rules, but I'm totally in the dark as to why I get Bidding points at different times.

Today for instance, I had 300max when I loggged on. I blew it all the on new Wishlist game GA's, a couple hours later, I had 200 Points Again!? So I spent them, and just now, only an hour later I have Another 200 Points!!?

You get points as time goes by. I think it's like 1 point every minute? I'm not sure. They provide these points so that way the user can have a chance at entering giveaways. If the user creates his/her own giveaway then they get +1 point per entry and the contribution level will go up. The higher your contribution level it lets you enter "more" "better" giveaways

From the FAQ:

How do I receive or earn more points (P)?

All users on the site are given an equal number of points, and you cannot do anything outside of waiting patiently to increase your number of points. The number of points being distributed to users is based on the number of giveaways being posted to the site, and you'll frequently see your points automatically rise throughout the day.

To my knowledge: points (or fractions thereof) are generated for everyone whenever someone creates a giveaway (except for the giveaway creator). It's a set percentage (somewhere between 5-10% I believe) of the value of the giveaway. So unless they changed things in SG v2 then that is how points are generated.

Whenever there is something for which people create a mass amount of giveaways, that is when points generation becomes faster. It's also why at certain times of day it is slower, since there are less users on creating giveaways.

We typically allow all giveaways to run their course without judgement, and allow the giveaway creator a fair chance to prove themselves and to come through with the gift in the end. An exception is when the giveaway creator enters a description that clearly states the giveaway is fake, or if the description illustrates a lack of understanding of how the giveaway system works. Please refrain from posting any comments accusing the giveaway creator of posting a fake giveaway, and only create a support ticket if the giveaway is fake beyond a reasonable doubt.

Perhaps they should do their jobs better then, so there is less likelihood of this sort of thing arising in the first place. There's probably a better chance of getting struck by lightning though. Will be back in a week to check on this.
