Also, there's a free demo on Steam if you want to see how well it runs on your computer. In my case it works great and I've spent 10 hours replaying the first three levels as both characters haha.
But for some people the game does not perform well! You can easily check this now.

Your likelihood of getting this wish is really low I imagine. If you don't mind me getting around to Dishonored 2 in a month or three, I'd do the 12 hours, but if you want July.. I don't think I'd make it. I still have to play through the first, but any motivation to play games is sort of fun.

An R9 270X is good. Here's some benchmark comparisons to the GTX 660.

Unlike what AllTracTurbo says, the 270x BARELY rivals a GTX 660.
If your card has 2GB memory, then you should be able to play the game, just don't expect it to run well. If it has only 1GB of memory, then it will be painful.

I will not enter because I have not played the first game yet and I know I won't play this game this game anytime soon if I win, but I wanted to say something.
Yes, I read where it says not to comment unless I have a question, but you said it yourself, "I also get sick of people telling me what to do".

i loved the first game. but i didnt 100% it. if i win would it be ok if i installed the first in order to 100% (as in getting all achievements )it before starting the 2nd? im sure its all totally possible in july

Well, demo version works just fine for me on medium to high settings and i played it for 20 hours already, so I don't see any problems with your requirements =)

Hi, I'm not sure, but my computer can run games with minimum gtx 660.
Tried demo, launch, but some time later after launching, demo crash...
(Like in few other games, demo crash, full version work...)

GTX 660 is what is the minimum recommended, I wouldn't have stated it otherwise.
I recently just upgraded from my 560, and I know some games I wanted to play, I could not.
