There is a bug on chapter 3 which makes me unable to complete it. when i turn on the Dictaphone the scene doesn't happen, i restarted the chapter and its the same thing. what should i do?

I actually have read about one or two bugs. Generally try the old delete and install again trick. But I will approve you.
Next time, however, a small message that you cannot finish the game would be nice

Im New in playing appreciated only been here for a month now so im not aware what to do if things happen like this and im wondering is there like a spreadsheet to check who plays their game in under a month or the host of the giveaway make sure the winner plays their game in 1 month, so if i win a game next time and there is an issue with a game i send message the the giveaway host? Is there any other rules i need to know about in this group? And thanks for your help Aran :)

I actually don't think you HAVE to send a message to the host, but when checking the group tool, it is impossible to distinguish, if somebody just idled the game, when you don't get the achievments. In your case it looked to me, like you got bored of the game, or like your personal life kept you from playing (in my eyes, stopping to play such a short game because you got bored is a weak excuse, but if you are busy with other stuff, you should get some more time to play it). The group rule is to get all achievments which more than 60% of the gamers have achieved (can be seen within the group tool). But I have seen pretty often that a gift was aprroved, despite of not having all these achievements. I think in the end it is up to you, if you inform the creator of the giveaway, when the game has a bug. However, keep in mind that it would be nice and I think it is important to be nice and to show courtesy to other users (starting with saying thank you, when you won a game)
