Who can enter then? It seems you've restricted every country in the World. I don't think the Dark Souls from HB has those restrictions.

I think if you cannot enter the GA because of region restriction, you cannot see this listing.

I thought that Steam checks the IP location in the moment of activation. That there isn't any country bound to my account so neither SG can have any information about my country, unless its own IP location checking.
