Well, I know that, but some people who host the giveaways don't want people entering unless they don't own any of the material contained in the giveaway, since it is part of a bundled package. Just want to be courteous and find out their preference before just blindly entering.

Yeah, you can enter if you already own the game. Once you redeem the game you will end up getting the game(s) you don't have from the collection.
