If this is from indiegala bundle it activates as "Dawn of Magic 2" for everyone worldwide.
"Time of Shadows" version of the game is not bundled by anyone yet.

Thanks for the clarification. I always thought it activated as Dawn Of Magic 2 in EU and Time of Shadows in ROW
