As far as I know, this should be a region-free key.

Anyway, minimalistic rythm-based game, where all you need to do is spin a triangle around the center of the screen so it passes through the gaps in the hexagons and see how long you can keep that up.
Also, the lowest difficulty is "hard" and that is not exaggerating anything.
